1. Confidential Information

All non-public, proprietary, or confidential information disclosed by Purgatory People, Inc., whether orally, online or in writing, that is designated as confidential and reasonably should be understood to be confidential given the nature of the information and the circumstances of disclosure. This includes, but is not limited to books written by Ron Gurba, Jr. and other proprietary information.

The Confidential Information is disclosed for the purpose of editing and providing suggestions on the book’s content and context.

a. Use the confidential material solely for its purpose.

b. Protect the confidentiality of Confidential Information with the same degree of care as it uses to protect its own confidential information.

c. Please do not disclose Confidential Information to any third parties.

Any information available for the public online or in writing.

The Agreement begins on the effective date and ends when the book is published.

Access to online materials will be disabled after completion of editing or making suggestions on the book’s content. We ask to shred confidential information after completion.

This agreement has been executed and shall be interpreted and tried in the courts of the Parish of Jefferson, in the State of Louisiana, and according to the laws of said parish and state.

a. Individual Purgatory People’s Membership. Includes one Gentleman’s Five-Decade Daily and one Eternal Mary Blessed Mother Holy Rosary with Pardon Crucifixes and Rosary Bags

b. Family Name Listed in the Acknowledgement Page of the book.

c. One Purgatory People Paperback or Hardcover Book you are editing and suggesting any ideas.
